Fukami 深み (meaning: “depth”), is a take on a classic German style, expressing an inviting malt character in the form of caramelized, fresh-out-of-the-oven bread crust, toasted walnut and a subtle whisper of molasses. After this Dunkel went through a four hour-long decoction mash and seven week cold maturation period, it evolved into a dexterous, soft-textured, and moreish copper lager.

We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.

Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.

2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.
