Cold extracted Bimbo Olive Oil is a premium product from the Liguria region of Italy. It is produced from Taggiasca olives, an olive variety typical of this coastal region. The olives are hand-picked and quickly pressed to preserve their delicate flavor and fresh aroma. Taggiasche olive oil has a light golden color and a mild, slightly fruity taste, with hints of hazelnut and almond. It is a versatile oil that can be used in a variety of dishes, from salads to sauces. It is also known for its healthy properties. It is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, including oleic acid, which may help lower bad cholesterol and improve heart health.
