A blend of imperial stout aged in Willet bourbon barrels for 33 months, Heaven Hill barrels for 20 months and Old Forester barrels for 12 months. This is the most complex, distinct and layered blend of barrel aged stout we have produced to date. We are (finally!) after many years, beginning to reap the rewards of the time, space, and foresight required to produce barrel aged stout the way we want to. Inky (December 2023) is the culmination of over 3 years of planning, brewing, and aging. It is the product of much patience, struggle and a focused eye to the future.
