A bigger version of our Dreams stout with prominent chocolate flavour. Contains bothOrganic Cocoa Liquor Wafers (thin discs of pure cocoa without the addition of fat or sugar) and chocolate nibs (crushed pieces of cacao bean that have gone through the fermenting, drying and roasting process).
We burst the beer post fermentation with kilos of Madagascar vanilla beans that we processed into a paste adding noticeable but not overwhelming flavour. Nice roasted coffee and molasses notes from multiple roasted malt additions in the mash.
