Dry hopped Pilsner w. Tomyski & Lunga hops. Tomyski - a hop that once rivalled many of the classic Bavarian noble hops and neared extinction when, in WWII, the Germans ordered many of the hop fields in Poland destroyed. Kept alive in the woods by a few growers, Paweł and his farm have been a large reason for this hop making its way back to some level of prominence. Lunga offers a more “modern”, tropical characteristic, which balances out the Tomyski beautifully.
