This wine is made 100% from Verdicchio grapes from Castelli di Jesi. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16°C. The wine does not mature in wood, but only in stainless steel tanks for 4 months on its own yeast cells. In addition, it works with periodic batonnage. Drink this wonderfully fresh and slightly spicy wine at around 8 to 10 degrees as an aperitif, with an extensive drink or with fine fish dishes.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
