This Macabeu wine underwent a four-week pellicular maceration, which prolongs contact with the skin and adds depth and texture. It was then slowly matured in demi-muid, a larger barrel that allows a gradual, balanced evolution.

The result is a complex and enchanting wine, with dominant notes of peach and grapefruit, complemented by hints of tropical fruit. Its vibrant fruit profile and complexity make it a standout wine that can be enjoyed as an aperitif, offering both freshness and richness.

We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
