This is the "choose your own adventure" of "red wines." A California riff on the lighter, high toned Southern Rhone reds we drank in Provence over the Summer, long ago. Bloom Phase is comprised primarily of whole cluster fermented Grenach with skin contact Pinot Gris. Fresh and zesty, with a tropical and peppery nose, crunchy red fruits, and that smooth finish you've been looking for your whole life! Choose your own adventure and enjoy as a chillable light-bodied red (remember, you read an article about it), an orange wine, or dark rosé.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.
2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.
