Tropical florality and clean acidity, thirst quenching with a light to medium body and a lime zesty sprite profile.

A blend of Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat Ottonel, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay Musque. Each variety was vinified separately and aged in a mix of stainless steel and neutral french oak. The grapes were destemmed and lightly pressed without settling to kick-off an early and healthy fermentation at a cool ambient temperature. The Riesling, from Grimsby Hillside Vineyard, was stalled out before the end of alcoholic fermentation to preserve light residual sugar (10g/L) which nicely fleshes out the stone fruit and rounds the florality.  Lemon meringue pie, honeysuckle, Sprite, petrichor.
