For us, a rosé should be: subtly fruity, fresh, fine, harmonious, lightly acidulated and pleasant tasting, for pure pleasure. This one ticks all the boxes for us! We hope it ticks all your boxes too. On the nose, aromas of ripe strawberry and raspberry. Palate is fruity, round and lively. A lingering finish. No malolactic fermentation, Stainless Steel tanks, ageing on lees for 2 months.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
