Munjebel Bianco '20

The Frank Cornelissen estate was established in 2001 in the still yet to be discovered Etna wine region. Their vineyards are located on the Northern valley of the active Etna volcano, and are devote biodynamic winemakers. The Munjebel name is given to the single vineyard crus in which they believe possess the ultimate expression of terroir of the region. Using only indigenous grapes which are then fermented and aged in neutral vessels, this wine is peak Cornelissen.

Fresh minerality, pulpy richness with a delicate tannic finish.
