A collaboration between Carlos Quaglia, Federico Ricatto and the famous Jerry Thomas Speakeasy bar in Rome, the del Professore range is a homage to ‘The Professor’, Jerry Thomas. 

A complex bianco vermouth with notes of flowers, ripe fruit, vanilla, cloves and mace. A touch of sweetness, light citrus, cinnamon and gentian balance out the palate.
