Bonal Gentiane-Quina

"Since 1865, this delicious aperitif wine has been celebrated for its delightful flavors and complexity, stimulation to the palate. Made close to the French Alps by Maison Dolin, this is a fortified wine aperitif. True to it's role, Bonal was known as 'ouvre l'appetit - the key to open the appetite. It is made by an infusion of cinchona (quinine), gentian and renowned herbs of the Grande Chartreuse mountains in a Mistelle base. As a Quinquina (also known as "Kina", an aperitif wine with cinchona), it is traditionally enjoyed neat, on ice with a twist, and in many classic mixed drinks."
