This organic wine is made to drink daily, harvested by hand in mid-September, de-stemmed and macerated in thermoregulated vats at 22/24° C, before malolactic fermentation and aging takes place in stainless steel vats. Intense and lively on the nose, this young wine is very well balanced and pairs well with red meat dishes and soft cheeses.

We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.

Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.

2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.
