50% hand-destemmed, 50% whole-ounch. Aged in French oak demi-muid for 10 months. 50 years old gamay at 540 meters of altitude, exposed south-east on marno-calcareous soil. A deeper fruit set accented with tangy raspberry, pepper and fragrant pine forest. Remarkably polished and sapid. Like Rita & Rova, this is super sleek and draws you in to plumb its uncanny depth of fruit. Another fantastic Gamay grown in a very special terroir. Zero sulphite added.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
