Silvio Carta founded his eponymous company in Baratili San Pietro in the 1950’s, devoting himself to making traditional wines and spirits of the region. Sixty years on, Silvio, together with his son Elio, the latter at the head since 1973, still devote themselves to these aims.
Made from a blend of aged Vernaccia di Oristano Riserva, this red vermouth is infused with a blend of forged Sardinian herbs, including Myrtle, Thyme, Lentisk (Mastic), & Artemisia. Its aroma is a complex array of herbs like rosemary, bay leaf, and pine resins with a layer of honeyed walnut and apricot kernel with hints of a saline sea breeze. Intense, soft and round, this carries layered flavours of herbs and ripe honeyed stone fruit, with a lengthy and nutty finish.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.

2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.
