All grapes were fermented separately and then had èlevage in old oak for 10 months prior to blending and bottling. The Riesling, Scheurebe, Würzer, Faber, Bacchus Mülerthurgau all spent 2 weeks on skins, with Riesling and Silvaner being directly pressed. Mouthful of hazy ocean, stone fruit, lemon, melon covered in honey. Dry, bright and energetic.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.

2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.
