Frozen. Can stay frozen for up to six months.
Flour, butter, eggs.
Pork, white wine, potatoes, mushrooms, onions, cloves, cinnamon, thym, salt, pepper and inactive yeast.
Brush the meat pie with an egg yolk. Place frozen on a cookie pan and cook it in the oven.
Convection oven: 425F for 20 minutes, then 60 minutes at 325F.
Conventional oven: 425F for 30 minutes, then 120 minutes at 325F.
