This is true country vermouth, made with wild botanical ingredients sourced from the family's biodynamic vineyard, brandy distilled from wine made on site, zero added sugar, and no filtration. It is herbaceous and wild, incorporating an ever-evolving list of roots, wildflowers, berries, and aromatic herbs, with a strong bitter backbone and bracing profile. Pour over ice, add a twist of orange and a sprig of rosemary or thyme, and be transported to seaside Sardinian gardens.

Ingredients: orange and mandarin peels, pomegranate peel, gentian root, licorice root, artemisia, rosemary, lavender, eucalyptus, myrtle berries, wild blackberries, lentisk, wild mallow flowers, orange flowers.
