Apple, plum & anise hyssop cider. 

Hyssop is an ancient herb related to mint. It tastes like anise, Thai basil and cinnamon bark. The wild bees by the cidery swarm it every summer. Your first whiff is punchy star anise. This cider is high acid, but hyssop flowers play so well with it, bringing to mind visions of licorice rhubarb tarts made by your favourite grandma.

We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.

Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.

2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.
