Under the Sun is a Passionfruit Wheat beer that was created with these hot, muggy days in mind. We built a semi-traditional Belgian Wit beer base, skipped the classic orange peel and instead hit it with a boat load of bright, beautiful passionfruit. Although it has some of the spicy and peppery phenols you would expect from the style, this one is meant to lead with juicy fruit flavours that quench your thirst and leave you wondering why on earth you don't drink more wheat beers.
