We've had some really fantastic rice lagers over the last little while, and were intrigued at the challenge of brewing a beer with such nuanced flavours but bringing it to life and making it pop. Tick and Tie was brewed with jasmine rice and Motueka hops and rides a delicate balance of floral and citrus flavours. Our goal was to create a beer that was not only light and crisp, but ultimately left a squeaky clean and refreshing finish across your palate. We are super stoked at how this one turned out, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
