“100% Chardonnay from the clay heavy Redfoot Vineyard in Lincoln Lakeshore. Naturally fermented and aged in neutral oak casks for 9 months then aged in bottle with fine lees. This wine interacts harmoniously with oxygen and we recommend drinking it over the course of a few days or weeks. Unfined, Unfiltered.”
