ABOUT TILQUIN
Gueuzerie Tilquin is a Belgian lambic beer blendery based in Rebecq Belgium, founded in 2009 by Pierre Tilquin. Gueuzerie Tilquin is the only lambic blendery in the mainly French-speaking, southern region of Wallonia. Tilquin produces blends of one, two, and three-year-old lambics with wort acquired from Boon, Lindemans, Girardin, and Cantillon for the Oude Gueuze Tilquin à L'Ancienne.
This Oude Gueuze Tilquin à l'ancienne – Cuvée du 10ème anniversaire is issued from a unique blend made on 7 March 2019 and containing 20% 1-year old lambics, 40% 2-year old lambics and 40% 3-year old lambics. This beer was refermented and matured in the bottle for 2 years
