True History spearheaded the Canadian Pilsner Project, challenging breweries to explore ingredients local to them. This All-Canadian recipe features malt from Mississippi Mills Malting Co in Pekenham, Ontario, hopes from Houblonnière Lupuline in Chapeau, Quebec, and yeast from Escarpment Labs in Guelph, Ontario.
