It will remind you of the pure air of the Italian Alps! Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. Frozen must added before re-fermentation in bottle during Spring. No disgorgement.

Next-Day delivery with real time tracking across the Greater Toronto Area. Daily order cut-off is 3pm. No deliveries on weekends. Flat rate is $15.00.
