This vermouth is a balanced sweet vermouth inspired by the drinking vermouths of Catalonia. The base wine is from Summerland, B.C. and was made by the good people at Lightning Rock. All the botanicals used for this vermouth were foraged locally, including rose petal, chamomile, green coriander, green walnut, rhubarb root & gentian.
