Semillon, Chasselas and Muscat d'Alexandria from organic, dry-farmed bush vines. From the Carrizal - a sub-region of the Maule region. 3 weeks of skin contact give this wine a golden hue and a rich texture. Lots of honeyed and golden apple flavours with a hint of sage and spice.
