Pinot Noir NV

Pat Sullivan made much of his reputation off the back of some wild, charismatic Pinot Noirs. This Jumpin Juice Pinot Noir offering toes the line between fine wine and fun wine. It's fermented as whole berries with no adjustments save for a splash of sulphur at bottling. Juicy red fruit on the nose and palate with a raspberry leaf, herbal note on the finish.
