Night Moves '20

Raspberry leaf, cherry, and bay. Medium weight on the palate, smooth tannins and a bright finish. Serve w. a light chill. 

Fermented using non-selected indigenous yeast. 60% Fermented whole-cluster in french oak vats + 40% destemmed in stainless steel. Matured in neutral French oak barriques for 15-months. Bottled without fining or filtration.
