Nelly (Maui) is our singular expression of a special selection of Nelson Sauvin. Sourced from our friends at Freestyle hops and grown exclusively from specially selected blocks at their Sunrise Valley farm, this Nelson Sauvin lot is referred to as “Maui Nelson.” In addition to our regular heavy charge of hops, we also added in some Nelson (Maui) Hop kief to really let this special lot of hops shine!
We taste a medley of pineapple, passionfruit, and white wine notes.
This is one of two Nelly beers, we brewed a second batch to go with this one with a different block of Nelson for experimentally delicious research reasons!
