Malval Turno '20

Grapes are handpicked in late September, destemmed then macerated whole. Pressed after two days of skin contact. Indigenous yeast fermentation then an 8 month ageing in stainless egg inox steel tanks.

Golden yellow and translucent in the glass. Intense aromas of apple, apricot, mango, acacia flower, rose, marzipan and vanilla. Lighter notes of thyme, lemon peel and buttered bread. Dry on the palate with a soft yet dense structure. Freshness and minerality act in balance. A full body with an elegant and lasting persistence. Pair with roasted fish or white meat dishes, or raw red meat like carpaccio or streak tartare.
