From one of the pioneering families of the natural wine movement, the 'Jakot' is fresh and well balanced with notes of stone fruit and almonds. The wine goes through extensive (3 month) on skins during maceration and the family has made this style of wine since 1995. The 500ml bottle was created to assist with ageing the wine (supposedly it ages at a faster rate).
Dried apricot, raisins, honey, wax, and orange peel. There is a sweetness that is balanced by a great acidity and a med plus body. Quite incredible to drink.
