Definitely Cider '20

This is Frukstereo's idea of what a “clean” disgorged Scandinavian cider should taste like. This cuvee is based on 80% crisp apples (Aroma), and 20% pears (Conference).

The apples give the cider body and structure, and the pear makes the beverage funky, energetic and very alive. As pears don't ferment out, it keeps some natural residual sugar, which gives a bit of sweetness in the cider. To underline the ciders' freshness and energy, the cuvee is disgorged to make it lighter and more clean.
