Côtes du Rhône '20

85% Grenache, 10% Syrah and 5% Carignan (over 4 ha), from vines located in the village of Buisson, north of Rasteau with northern exposure, on clay sub soil and gravelly sandstone on a top soil of sedimentary rock made up of agglomerated sands bound by limestone. These are the oldest vines of the estate: some of the Grenache and Carignan vines are 80 years old.

Elodié Balme uses only ambient yeasts and tiny amounts of sulfites. A refreshing wine with bright fruit, elegant and precise, as well as spicy and floral notes.
