"100% Riesling. This blend of the 2020 and 2021 vintages is easy drinking, with a hint of salinity. A dry wine that works well as an aperitif, or with fish and seafood. The name refers to Alsace being "the bomb", part of a local street art campaign, encouraging youth to learn and speak the dialect of the region. Part of the blend comes from vines in the village that the family started cultivating in 2020"
