Chopine' 21

Old vine biodynamic Carignan from Roussillon made completely naturally by Saskia Van der Horst. This is hand harvested and wild fermented, semi carbonic, then pressed off to fiberglass vats to age for a few months before getting bottled unfiltered with almost no sulfur added. Dark fruited, but juicy and fresh with a wild side.
