Cecilia Gut Oggau Rose 2021, biodynamic wine, no added sulphur, complex Rose wine.  This brand new wine from the eccentric Oggau family is a blend of red and white local grapes on limestone soils.  It is unique, not rooted in any scripture about how wines should be made or taste.  Cecilia is just herself and hacving tasted recently, we can say she is bright, characterful, with lots of slightly quirky yet ultimately beautiful flavours.  A very lovely addition to the Gut Oggau family. Very limited, buy it up fast.
