Cantina Indigeno is located near Teramo, Abruzzo region, Central Italy. Cantina Indigeno is one of the most exciting natural wine producers in Italy, working with minimal intervention organically farmed mostly Montepulciano and Trebbiano grapes. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, no temperature control, filtration, zero sulfur or other additions. Their natural wines are nothing short of amazing. Always fresh, and always evolving in the glass.

Description: White wine obtained from the spontaneous fermentation of white grapes. Aged in fiberglass for 6 months. Cidery, geuze-like wine, orange, meyer lemons, with some chalk and some hint of raspberry.
