Barbera '20

A classic "every day" unoaked Barbera made from grapes coming from a new vineyard (2nd production year). The fermentation lasted around 2 weeks due to the low temperatures (14-16°C), kept like that on purpose in order to obtain a more fruity and less extractive wine.
