Citrus blossom & guava on the nose. Swirling salinity & pineapple acidity on the palate.

A portion of this single vineyard 100% Tocai Friulano fermented for 2 weeks on skins in sandstone jars, another portion was direct pressed into sandstone and a concrete egg. All wine was fermented using only native yeasts, no sulfur was added during fermentation or at bottling, and the wine is left unfiltered showing its natural texture. It was aged for a total of 9 months in sandstone.
