A Genovese specialty, first made by pharmacist Umberto Briganti in 1923. This is an old school amaro that disappeared from the market and re-apperaed thanks to Stefano Bergamino and Camilla Moggia. Remaining faithful to the original recipe it has a unique taste of china and gentian with menthol and amaretto.
