Tu Vino Rosato '21

“For the Tu rosé (part of the Na-Tu-Re range), Daniela and Antonio used a field blend of red and white grapes from an old vineyard in Montemarano. The blend is Aglianico, Primitivo, Piedirosso, Coda di Volpe and more. It spent two days on skins, before being pressed off to old chestnut casks for 9 months. Bright and fruit driven, with black cherries and an almost bitter spiciness, lending texture and refreshment. Also great with light starters.“
