During harvest, all grapes are processed in the backyard. whole bunches go straight into our screw press. no additives and no temperature control at any stage of winemaking. Juice goes straight into fiberglass and stainless steel tanks. racking before fermentation kicks in. natural fermentation. All 5 components of ROSZA were mostly co-fermenting and matured on gross lees for 6 months without any additives, without fining and without filtration. No sulfites added. Unfiltered.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.
Next-Day delivery with real time tracking across the Greater Toronto Area. Daily order cut-off is 3pm. No deliveries on weekends. Flat rate is $15.00.
3-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.
