Naše '21

Naše means "ours" in Czech. For Milan, this name is given to a wine that reflects its place and its people. A brand new field blend from a vineyard only a couple years old, Naše is made from the first harvest ever of these young vines planted by Milan and his team. 

A mild fizz and a bit of wildness on the nose, with lively acidity and tannic grip. Riesling, Welschriesling, Neuburger, Veltliner, and Pinot Blanc are foot-stomped and then macerated for several days with stems. A slow fermentation and then finish pressing on the "treadle press" and the must is put into stainless steel.
