It’s tourtière season! We are thrilled to announce we are the exclusive Ontario retailer of the famous tourtière from Au Pied De Cochon for the second year in a row! Au Pied de Cochon, or PDC as they call themselves, is a highly acclaimed restaurant, sugar shack and hotel in Montréal. Chef Martin Picard’s restaurant is known for hearty and authentic Québecois fare, including holiday favourite, pork tourtière (meat pie). Time magazine referred to PDC in a 2013 article as a “bastion of excess beloved by Anthony Bourdain and other gastronomes.”

Frozen. Can stay frozen for up to six months.
Flour, butter, eggs.
Pork, white wine, potatoes, mushrooms, onions, cloves, cinnamon, thym, salt, pepper and inactive yeast.
Brush the meat pie with an egg yolk. Place frozen on a cookie pan and cook it in the oven.
Convection oven: 425F for 20 minutes, then 60 minutes at 325F.
Conventional oven: 425F for 30 minutes, then 120 minutes at 325F.

We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.
