"Origins Of Darkness" is an ode to and collab with Collective Arts Brewing! After years of enjoying their Origin Of Darkness series, Third Moon is honoured to present you with their version.
It's an Imperial Stout that's been aged an average of 12 months in a voluptuous blend of Barton 1792 bourbon, Russell Reserve single bourbon barrel and Willett bourbon barrels then conditioned on rare Costa Rican coffee roasted by our friend Joe from Morning Roast. The aroma is roasty and coffee-forward. The flavour is lush with rich chocolate followed by vanilla-laced oak and bourbon.
